Any ordering for a product listed in the shop implies prior acceptance of these General Terms of Sale.

Accordingly, the consumer acknowledges that he is fully informed that his agreement, regarding the content of these terms and conditions, does not require the handwritten signature of this document. The consumer has the power to safeguard or publish these terms and conditions, being specified that both the safeguard and the edition of this document is his sole responsibility, as these general terms of sale may be subject to change. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the site on the date of the order.

 

Article 1. General

These terms and conditions express the full obligations of the parties. In this sense, the consumer is deemed to accept without reservation the full provisions of these General Terms of Sale. The wanderWorld online store is committed to respecting its role as a retailer under the so-called terms and conditions.

 

Article 2. object

The purpose of these General Terms of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of the products offered by the WanderWorldonline store.

 

Article 3. Entry into force – duration

These General Terms of Sale come into effect on the date the purchase order is signed. They are concluded for the duration necessary to supply the products subscribed, until the warranties are extinguished.

 

Article 4. Order Conditions / Validation (Electronic Signature Act of 13 March 2000)

Any purchase order signed by the consumer by “double click” constitutes an irrevocable acceptance that can only be called into question in the limited cases provided for in these General Terms of Sale as “right of withdrawal” and “out of stock”. The “double click” associated with the authentication and non-repudiation procedure and the protection of the integrity of messages is an electronic signature. This electronic signature has value between the parties as a handwritten signature.

 

Article 5. Order confirmation

From the moment the customer has registered his order by clicking on the “I validate my order” icon, he is considered to have knowingly and without restriction or reservation the present terms and conditions of sale, prices, volumes and quantities of the products offered for sale and ordered.

The sale will only be considered final after e-mailing the customer confirmation of the order by the WanderWorld online store and the entire price. The WanderWorld online store reserves the option of not confirming an order for any reason, including either a product supply issue or a problem with the order received.

The WanderWorld online store recommends that customers keep a reliable paper or computer track, the data related to their order. Customers must verify the completeness and compliance of the information they provide to the WanderWorldonline store. The latter cannot be held responsible for any typing errors and consequences in terms of delay or delivery error. In this context, all costs incurred for the re-shipment will be borne by the customer.

 

Article 6. Products/Features

The WanderWorld online store offers products on its website that are valid within the limits of available stocks. Ordering a product that is not in stock is apparently impossible. Should this happen, the WanderWorld online store would notify the customer as soon as possible by email or phone and give them the option to choose another product or cancel their purchase.

Article 7. Product Prices / Delivery Prices

Prices are shown in euros and are only applicable on the date the customer sends the order validation. The selling prices of the products shown do not take into account the shipping and packaging costs that will be charged in addition according to the rates in force for metropolitan France. WanderWorld accepts non-CE orders with corresponding shipping costs.

The full payment must be made at the time of the order. At no time can the payments be considered a deposit or a down payment. For delivery outside the European Union, the customer will have to pay customs duties, VAT or other taxes due on the importation of the products into the country of the place of delivery. The formalities related to this are also the sole responsibility of the client, unless otherwise stated. The customer is solely responsible for verifying the import possibilities of the products ordered under the law of the country of delivery.

 

Article 8. How to pay

As soon as he validates his payment, the user becomes a buyer, the order is registered and becomes irrevocable. The amount owed by the buyer is the amount indicated on the order confirmation submitted by the company WanderWorld.

The buyer will have a choice when validating his order as specified in Article 3.3. above, between different payment methods. As such, payment can be made immediately on the internet via Paypal and by Paypal account or Stripe, except the server’s unavailability.

By choosing an immediate payment by Paypal or Stripe, the User will then be automatically switched to the paypal service’s monetic server. The Paypal server is secured in such a way as to protect as efficiently as possible all data related to the means of payment, and that at no time will the user’s banking data pass through the computer system of The WanderWorld’sonline store. Its responsibility is therefore cleared.

 

Article 9. Right of withdrawal

The buyer has 14 working days to return, at his own expense, the product he has ordered if the buyer does not give him satisfaction. This period runs from the day the order is received. The product (s) must be returned in its original packaging and packaging at WanderWorld, 7 aisle of the Orangerie 77164 Ferries in brie.

If the above conditions are met, the online store WanderWorld will reimburse the purchaser, within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the parcel, the sums paid by the buyer, with the exception, however, of the return costs of the products WanderWorld that remain at the buyer’s expense.

 

Article 10. Delivery conditions

The WanderWorld online store will make every effort to have the order shipped within an average of two (2) business days from the day after the buyer’s proof of the order is approved.

Products ordered by the buyer will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the purchase order. In any event, the products will be transported through the usual postal services. The WanderWorld online store therefore disclaims any responsibility for the excessive delivery time due to postal services, as well as in the event of loss of ordered products or strike action. The risks of transport are borne by the buyer, who will have to make a reasoned protest to the postal services, within three working days from delivery.

Furthermore, it is specified that ownership of the products ordered will only be transferred to the buyer at the total payment of the invoiced price, including the delivery fee.

 

Article 11. Intellectual property

Article 12. Miscellaneous supplements

12.1. Force majeure WanderWorld cannot be held responsible for the breach of contract concluded in the event of a stock outage or unavailability of the product, in the event of a total or partial disruption or strike, including postal and transport services and/or communications, flooding, fire. Events that meet the criteria set by the jurisprudence of the 2nd Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation will be considered as a case of force majeure. In the presence of a force majeure event, The WanderWorld Online Store will notify the user/buyer within five (5) business days of the occurrence or threat of this event. The parties agree that they will have to consult as soon as possible to determine together how the order will be executed for the duration of the force majeure case.

12.2. Partial non-validity If one or more stipulations of these General Terms of Sale are held to be invalid or declared as such under a law, regulation or as a result of a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations will retain their full strength and scope.

12.3. Completeness of the contract These General Terms of Sale and the summary of the order sent to the buyer form a contractual package and constitute the entire contractual relationship between the parties. In the event of a contradiction between these documents, the General Terms of Sale will prevail.

12.4. Applicable law These terms and conditions of sale and contractual relations between the WanderWorld online store and the buyer are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
